Access® Consciousness Body Process are energetic techniques to improve physical, mental, emotional health, perception and relationship with the body, among others; designed to nourish the body by shedding the imprints and limitation the body is energetically holding in place. Stress, emotions, feelings are stored in the body creating limitations of movement, ease and freedom.

The hands on body processes and the clearing statements are a way the body can receive more ease without having to 'understand' the process.

We adapt to the behaviors of our parents, friends, teachers, idols, etc. and unconsciously imitate them in different aspects. These can be, for example, destructive relationship patterns, unhealthy lifestyles, illnesses or weight issues. Energetically speaking, inheritance is also a form of imitation.
